The idea of crypto-charity is something unique and special within the Ducatus Network. Find out why doing good deeds is not only good for the beneficiaries but good for the givers as well. Plus, Ronny gives his commentary on the news that Nasdaq could become a crypto exchange. You should hear this. #MondaysWithRonny
Could Nasdaq really become a crypto exchange? I have a few words to say about that.
MONDAYS WITH RONNY
I’m very happy to hear news when traditional and respected institutions like the Nasdaq are embracing the idea of including Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies in their portfolio. Now, it is all about credibility for the crypto industry. Regulation is coming. The acceptance in highly regulated institutions is very good for the industry and I’m very happy that even Nasdaq and the CEO of Nasdaq now is openly talking about this method. I think it will be a great step forward for the crypto industry but also for the financial system as we know it because the underlying blockchain technology offers a lot of benefits that even traditional industries and especially the finance industry and stock exchanges will be able to use in the future, so it’s a win-win situation for both parties.
I think for the existing cryptocurrencies right now, it will show very clearly which ones are built on a solid foundation because when it comes to the acceptance in institutions like the Nasdaq, they will only choose the best players and our aim at Ducatus is to definitely be one of those few in a couple of years’ time that we’ll be working together with Nasdaq and similar institutions all around the world.
EXPLORING A NEW WAY OF THINKING WITH DUCATUS CHARITY
The Ducatus Charity was one of the most important decisions that we made at the beginning of our business because it is the philosophy and a very important part of our concept is to give back to the people in need, to let them be part of our success and of our crypto-economy.
So the vision is that every member of our crypto-network is giving a little bit of his earnings to be used for charity projects around the world. Now, these projects are nominated by the company but can also be nominated by our members and we will then as a community jointly support these projects and make sure that the money collected will reach the people in need.
Currently, the charity is run by one of our directors and shareholders, Mario Hintermayer, out of Germany.

CRYPTO AND CHARITY.
WHAT A NOBLE IDEA!
The main funds for the Ducatus Charity comes from the earnings in the Ducatus Network. Now 3% of all of our earnings are donated to the charity which is then being given to the projects that each member can nominate. On top of that, 1% of the global revenue, the Ducatus Group is donating to the same fund which is all handled by our foundation that we have specially set up for this purpose in Lichtenstein.

WILL DUCATUS CHARITY STAY FOR GOOD?
We believe that the Ducatus Charity will grow to be one of the most important parts of our crypto-economy and with the success of the Ducatus Network and the global Ducatus Group, the charity will have more and more funds available to do even greater work and more important work in every region of the world.
So I believe that in a couple of years’ time, you will see Ducatus projects in a lot of countries on every continent of this planet and Ducatus Charity will be one of those projects that we will be most proud to talk about and to market.
